Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the prompts. It's that easy!
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@bubyshel.com. We'll do our best to accommodate you before your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If it's been longer, feel free to contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@bubyshel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, we're happy to help with an exchange subject to availability. Contact us to get started.

How do I find my size?
